Great for fishing, swimming, meditating, or to just enjoy nature. Paddle boards and Kayaks can be rented at nearby Mayo Lake Park. Can be used for a private romantic getaway or family retreat. Less than 5 miles from the events held at Lake Mayo Park. PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED! The cabin is located on the private side of the lake with no access to the main lake, which means you can enjoy the lake without jet ski or boat traffic/interference. If you have a boat larger than a Jon Boat, you will have to launch it from the public boat launch located at Mayo Lake Park (5 miles). Our property is also located approximately 35 miles from the new Caesar's Casino in Danville, VA, 25 miles from VIR, 50 miles from RDU/RTP, and 65 miles from Raleigh. (Via Airbnb)
