Only minutes away from shops, local breweries, the Golden 1 Center, Sac State University, major highways and bustling midtown; the UC Davis Med Center is less than a mile away, too. This is a 1930's double unit property with a colorful and artsy vibe. Note: The Art House is the front unit. There's a second unit in the rear of the property. My goal is that each guest has a great lodging experience. I can only hope that part of this is achieved through the many works of local artists and the unique, homey space I've worked hard to create. (via Airbnb)
