This is the ideal getaway for a couple or small group and includes a fully fenced in yard, hot tub, fire pit and pergola with hanging hammock chairs to enjoy the night sky 15 Min to the West Entrance to Joshua Tree National Park 5 Min to downtown JT 12 Min to Walmart Relax, Enjoy and Explore Joshua Tree! Other things to note ☆You must be 25+ to book ☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation ☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result of the immediate cancellation of your reservation ☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property ☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash ☆Tampering with exterior cameras and​/​or interior noise monitoring systems are prohibited and will have a penalty fee if tampered with. ☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied ☆PETS☆ We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message! Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture​/​beds​/​couch​/​blankets​/​sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
